Democrats Hint at Name Change to “Marxist”?

Letter to Ephesians: Tone deaf Dems got their lowest rating in 35 yrs from voters yet doubled down in an “autopsy” report that blamed bad organization as to why it got drubbed in the 2024 elections. Then, Minneapolis Dems, like NYC, go all in on a Marxist mayoral candidate. Huh?

The WSJ’s Kimberley Strassel couldn’t believe her eyes after she read the paper’s poll and internal report on the last election: “It’s hard to know who is currently winning the contest for 2024 ostrichism,” she wrote, “A Democratic Party conducting an election ‘autopsy’ that ignores Joe Biden & Kamala Harris, or the hooting media that ignores everything beyond the Biden/Harris campaign disaster. It is this echo chamber that elected Donald Trump twice, and the question is when the left will remember that voters are the ones who pick the president.” As the NYTimes, which broke the story on the autopsy suggested, an autopsy that lacked an honest Biden/Harris reckoning was like “eating at a steakhouse

and then reviewing the salad,” no pun intended in re the Salad Candidate.

The Party’s inability to grasp where most aka centrist voters want to be led was never so clearly revealed than in the primary win of radical Marxist Mamdani in New York, then, an ever more radical Marxist Omar Fateh was endorsed by the local party to run Minneapolis. Such unmitigated arrogance coupled with ignorance should have been the national party’s autopsy report’s lead sentence, but alas no mea culpa.
