Healthy Trump Can’t Shake Epstein Sniffles

Letter to Ephesians: Trump’s 79-yr-old healthy heart yet swollen hands & feet are the least of his problems. Latest doctor report mentions no arthritis or swollen head, the former being common among the elderly & the latter No. 47’s most enduring career foible belied by unforced Epstein taint.

The Fox News coverage of what can only be described as confirming the WH clean bill of health after another in depth physical. As medical commentator, Dr. Marc Siegel concluded, calling Trump’s few “conditions ... not serious, completely benign & cosmetic ... It’s expected for a man who’s in his late 70s and standing on his feet all the time ... and [constantly] shaking hands” as if still running for office. Got it.

Yet, the President again showed growing exasperation at the Epstein scandal that won’t go away, even after the DOJ investigated it to death (no pun intended) and basically found yet again more morally questionable activity of people once in the suicide man’s orbit than criminally prosecutable; hence, the common sense need to not publish scandalous material willy nilly. As Ecclesiastes reminds, there’s a time & place, including prosecution, for everything under the sun. Perhaps most disappointing to Mr. Trump is how many of his own followers are “obsessively” demanding total disclosure of whatever Epstein files there are, regardless of consequences. Then, the WSJ published what was purported to be an “exclusive” revelation of a newly surfaced & bawdy Epstein b-day card, in which a much younger Trump is said to have contributed a ribald drawing accompanied by a ribald tribute. Trump says it was obviously “fake.” An epic libel lawsuit was assured. If only Trump & other celebs at the turn of the century had always & wisely kept their distance from Epstein.
