Kagan Screamed Bloody Murder at Wrong Guy

Letter to Romans: The leaking of the Dobbs decision overturning Roe v Wade’s federal blessing of abortion rights nearly cost a conservative Justice his life, but that didn’t seem to matter to a liberal Justice who railed at lib ally for cooperating with the enemy: Fox News

According to a new book “Alito” to be released this week by conservative Fox News contributor Mollie Hemingway, liberal “Justice Elena Kagan’s frustrations boiled over in the aftermath of the Dobbs opinion leak in 2022. It led her to allegedly scream ‘so loudly’ at [liberal colleague] Justice Stephen Breyer that the ‘wall was shaking.’” Why? Justice Breyer, who was as staunch a pro-abortionist as Kagan but a “gentleman,” simply “might” agreed with Justice Alito’s request to speed up on writing the dissenting opinion(s) to help minimize mounting security threats, including possible assassinations. As Fox noted, “The security threats at the time were severe, as protesters who supported access to abortion frequently showed up at conservative justices’ homes. Shortly after the leak, AG Merrick Garland ordered the US Marshals to provide full-time security for all the justices, but he drew criticism because authorities did not arrest protesters despite a law that prohibits ‘picketing or parading’ near a federal judge’s home.”

As it happened, before the Court issued its decision, a pistol, knife & burglary tool wielding suspect was arrested near Justice Brett Kavanaugh’s home. Nicholas Roske, who now goes by Sophie, later pleaded guilty to attempting to murder a Justice but got only an 8-yr prison sentence (now being appealed by DOJ). Meanwhile, “the Alitos were moved to a security location & Justice Barrett had to don a “bullet proof vest in front of her children.” Perhaps most outrageous of all was Kagan’s outrage in the midst of the outrageous “peaceful protests.”
