New Yorkers to Choke on Mamdani Fruit?

Letter to Ephesians: As NYC Mayor Adams dropped out of city's re-election race, NY voters will choose tween ex-Gov. Cuomo & a radio host as alternative to Marxist Mamdani. As WSJ notes, “voters in a Democracy … get what they deserve & if New Yorkers elect Mamdani they will get it good & hard.”

In defense of those telling pollsters they’ll vote for the delusional Mamdani, the “choices” were never great. Current Mayor Adams is a ne’er do well while Cuomo is still remembered for scandals, the worst being sticking COVID sickies in nursing homes & among the most vulnerable population, thereby helping to kill off thousands of elders; meanwhile, activist turned-radio personality Sliwa has never been taken seriously in a string of campaigns for public office, always losing mightily. And yet, the editors note, “If Mamdani wins, more prayer will be in order. The socialist wants higher taxes, a rent freeze, government grocery stores and soft-on-crime policies. His anti-Israel views included sympathy for Hamas … and he is hostile to charter schools,” preferring the city’s existing decrepit public schools.

It all comes down to common sense, of course. As Jesus famously said, “Any tree is known by its fruit … The good man brings good out of the good stored up in him and the evil man brings evil things out of the evil stored up in him.” The editors don’t say it, but they more than hinted what they were thinking about Jesus’ “brood of vipers” getting what they deserve “good & hard” when they make Mamdani their guiding light …
