Obama Scratching Head Over Russia Hoax?

Well, some will say the latest Russia hoax documents are a “smoking gun” directly implicating Barack Obama’s involvement in a disgraceful attempt to undermine Donald Trump. But, strictly speaking as a legal beagle, I’d say something more still is needed to nail the ex- president's rear end, especially given the Supreme Court’s recent clarification on “presidential immunity” for acts committed while in office; e.g., Mr. Obama could plead gullibility.

But, THAT is the point that can’t be scrubbed away. A president relying on obviously biased, partisan and, frankly, creepy security advisors like Hillary Clinton, Adam Schiff, James Comey, John Brennan, and, yes, James Clapper, ought to have his head examined. In retrospect, Mr. Obama is now probably thinking the same thing.
