Prophet Charlie Kirk in a Corrupt Generation

Letter to Romans: Jesus struggled over why His “generation” was corrupt so, why shouldn’t we labor over today’s House Divided? Has there ever been a more divisive evil than the assassination of Charlie Kirk, in which liberals & conservatives argue over the death of a prophet?

Love or hate Mr. Kirk’s politics or religion, his dastardly murder has certainly proven to be a lightning rod for the most extensive debate on those topics since John F Kennedy & Martin Luther King, Jr were slain. One big difference: The veritable outpouring of hate on the part of the leftists & even simple-minded progressives who are applauding the murder, if not, inciting more of it against those they choose to vilify.

Jesus may have prophetically said it best when talking of His own times & impending crucifixion: “To what can I compare this generation? They are like children sitting in the marketplaces and calling out to others: ‘We played the

flute for you, and you did not dance; we sang a dirge, and you did not mourn.’ For John came neither eating or drinking and they say, ‘He has a demon.’ The Son of Man came eating and drinking and they say, ‘He is a glutton and a drunkard, a friend of tax collectors and ‘sinners.’ But wisdom is proved right by her actions.”
