Letter to Ephesians: The Dems’ melt down over the short-lived Kimmel cancellation stands in ignoble contrast to their glee over Google’s banning of conservatives on YouTube under Biden & silence in its belated restoration.
That’s the gist of the Fox News op ed by David Marcus who wrote: “Ever since comedian [turned politician] Jimmy Kimmel’s brief suspension from his ABC late night show occurred … Democrats have been rending their garments & wailing at the skies that freedom of speech in America is dead. But where were they when Google was quashing free-speech on orders from the Biden administration during COVID? On Tuesday, Alphabet, the parent company of Google & YouTube, sent a letter to the House Judic9ary Committee that not only exposed the massive effort by Joe Biden’s administration to make them censor conservative voices, but promised to offer those creators reinstatement on their platforms.”
Agreed, David. The whole hypocritical mess is an affront to the US Constitution and a disgrace to anyone’s understanding of the Rule of Law. Marcus opines, "It’s too little, too late, but it’s better than nothing.” Is it? Or, is it another diversion to avoid payback or even a finger point? Sure, it’s nice that today’s FBI Deputy Director Dan Bongino can now put his always angry puss on YouTube. But I suggest his first post be of a vid showing him giving YouTube the raspberry.
