Soros or Schumer the Shutdown Patsy?

Letter to Ephesians: Most Dems admit if not publicly the fed shutdown gained nothing for them … that’s why there’s so much aftermath bitching. Isn’t it ironic though that the biggest bitchers DEMANDED their Yes Man Schumer lead the futile charge & now take the fall?

My head shook and my tongue twitched as I read the WSJ piece titled, “Why Schumer Had to Do It,” that is keep beating his head against a wall trying to get the GOP majority to agree to extend the $1.5 trillion Obamacare subsidies the Dems had sold during the pandemic as “temporary.” Never mind, as many a pundit warned, it would have been political suicide if No. 47 & the GOPers agreed to that extortion. As the newspaper poignantly pointed out, “Ordinary Democrats didn’t demand a shutdown. Left-wing nonprofits did.” The list of NFPs insisting on their political allies in the Swamp keep the federal gravy train that feeds them going (as well as the national debt) is illustrative: “Poke around and you’ll find … mainly cash-flush foundations, unions and activist groups. The American Civil Liberties Union, the Sunrise Movement … Planned Parenthood … the array of immigrant rights outfits … the American Federation of Teachers … the Southern Poverty Law Center, Black Lives Matter … the Human Rights Campaign and assorted LGBTQ activist groups … scores of foreign-connected Palestinian rights & ‘anti-Zionist’ organizations … and the George Soros funded network” ad nauseum.

Not that I’m a Schumer fan. He’s sucked as a Senate leader. But, please, spare us the Dems’ “Schumer has to resign” chant. The radicals have only themselves to blame for causing themselves as well as the nation so much needless pain.
