The Devil Made the Wuhan Flu?

Letter to Ephesians: Fans of Marxism, Communism & even Socialism actually think the “isms” are never wrong. Take the Wuhan flu & China’s $50B lawsuit against Missou, which had dared to sue those allegedly responsible for the pandemic’s ravages in USA.

As Fox News recently reported, China has filed a massive countersuit in its own courts against Missouri Senator Eric Schmitt & others for … drum roll … successfully suing China and its medical experimenters in a Missou court & obtaining that same judgement against them for allegedly unleashing the COVID virus on the world. China in that first suit had all the protections afforded it under the U.S. Constitution & legal system that is the envy of the world for 250 years … and still they lost their case here. Why? Because it had no believable defense? Or, because their lawyers were arrogant in denying the charges because they are simply used to making up excuses when it fits the Party’s dogma of infallibility? Regardless, as George Washington University Professor Jonathan Turley recently wrote, China’s “frivolous” retaliatory litigation “would be quickly dismissed in a real court of law, but this is a Chinese case …”

Ah, yes, it’s a now morphed into a Chinese case as the Wuhan flu had somehow morphed into an American conspiracy to embarrass Chinese research? Fox says Sen. Schmitt “won’t be apologizing.” Nor, of course, should he, while redoubling efforts to collect the damages already awarded by a real court of law. As for the Communists, Prof. Turley assumes that “the Wuhan court will dutifully render a verdict to counter Missouri’s. [But, in doing so], it will do little beyond confirming in the mind of many that China is as nimble at manipulating the legal system as it is at allegedly manipulating spike proteins.”
