That’s the take-away of the WSJ’s recent op ed noting how “United Nations staff rarely have to answer for their anti-Israel agenda, but the blue moon arrived ... when the U.S. sanctioned the U.N. Human Rights Council Special Rapporteur ... It’s about time.” As Secretary of State Marco Rubio explained on X, Albanese has been hard at work in a “campaign of political & economic warfare against the U.S. and Israel.” Most offensive, Rubio wrote, was her “illegitimate and shameful efforts to prompt” arrests and prosecutions against U.S. & Israeli officials, companies & executives in the International Criminal Court, which neither the U.S. nor Israel even recognize. Heading the list of Albanese targets is none other than Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. Among other slanders, she’s insisted Israel is no better than Nazi

Germany and called the U.S. “a nation founded upon genocide.”

The sanctions are at the behest of President Trump, the WSJ noted, and will “prevent Ms. Albanese, an Italian citizen from entering the U.S. Concluded the editors: “The university encampments may miss her, but we’d count that a good start. Perhaps the Administration will consider a similar approach for the rest of the U.N.’s antisemitic cabal.”
