Would You Vote for a Newsom or Bozo?

Letter to Ephesians: Bloomberg editors recently conceded Dems are “disillusioned” & “fed up” with “feckless” old fart “leaders” & “yearning" for someone like Ca Gov Newsom to take on Trump. Right. Dems need a feckless broke & woke child to lead them to their promised Candy Land.

Is there a progressive pol or newspaper left that can grasp most honest folks in America simply want the government to leave them alone if it can’t make things better? Has the word “moderate” been banned from their radicalized vocabulary too? Can Newsom ever be president when the state he has been running into the ground is exactly what has even a majority of Dems gasping for air? Yet here we have yet another MSM outlet missing their own point by insisting Newsom has the right stuff as well as “game plan” and “podcast” to do what? Magically convince Americans HE is going to make things better rather than worse … like he never has done in his own dung heap?

Of course, Trump has his own problems to overcome, the biggest perhaps also being over promising in a world that has a way of seeing S*** rather than Shinola, no matter how hard you work. The biggest problem for ANY delusional challenger is likely going to be how REALPOLITIC … and ultimately sensible … many of Trump’s policies are turning out to be in his addressing the global economy, enemies abroad, security at home, immigration, government waste, runaway healthcare costs, inflation, employment, and so on. Watch closely the editorial pages of the WSJ, which increasingly allude to this facet of Trump’s second term, taking him to task when he arguably blunders, but consistently conceding many of his tactics and/or goals are worthy nonetheless. If Trump can stay that course of appealing to American’s common sense … and he’s increasingly showing he’s learned a lot about the importance of doing so … a Newsom would have no better chance of becoming POTUS than a Bozo the Clown.
