Are 300 US Spartans In Ukraine Biden’s Thermopylae?

Fox’s Tucker says Pres Biden placing “300 military advisors” on Ukraine soil may not only be most foolish broken promise yet but delusional help to a corrupt society that paid “millions” to his family for their connections if not genius.

But by exactly what reasoning would our 300 advisers be able to hold the Ukrainian border from 100K elite Russian troops bent on invading any better than the hopeless 300 Spartans trying to stop that Turkish horde at Thermopylae Pass centuries ago? As Tucker noted, the Pentagon says it has no “plan” to evacuate those US soldiers should a shooting war break out between the Russians & Ukrainians (altho there is a plan to get stranded US citizens home via Poland). In which case, he wondered, would America “be at war with Russian”? Calling them “advisers” ala Viet Nam is a “distinction without a difference” and isn’t going to create some sort of “safe zone” for our soldiers as if on a lib university campus.

So, “are you ready for war with Russia?” Tucker asked. “Has anyone asked for your consent or even your opinion on war with Russia? No. That’s democracy. Biden style.” It’s also delusion, Tucker. Freud style.
