Bongino Bashes Our Left As History Rallies Round Reason

Bongino recently made the point today’s looniest Leftist agendas shouldn’t be written off as merely “bad politics,” but throughout history, radicals who espouse violence or change at any cost, have been a bane to the civilized world.

Always remember, we DO have a choice. Just take for example the American and French Revolutions. Both political movements were based on notions of “freedom” and the “Rights of Man.” But, in the American experience, it became an experiment on whether the common man could govern with reason and the Rule of Law, while the Jacobin-led French Revolution devolved into a Reign of Terror that wasn’t stopped until Napoleon came along to squash it, uplift it with the Code Napoleon, then, squander it (unlike the USA’s Washington) in creating an Empire (that eerily now looks like the EU).

Bottom line, Dan: Radical ideas can create more problems than they solve, unless balanced by reason.
