Is SEDITION Obama’s Ticket To Ride?

If not, a mini-refresher course might help: SEDITION is attempting to overthrow, undermine or disrupt the government’s lawful authority, often by encouraging others to engage in violence or unlawful actions, including fake impeachments. What about a conspirator’s right to free speech? Sure, it’s ok to be a clown, but protected speech has never included purposely inciting illegal acts. Then again, there’s “seditious conspiracy” which requires two or more clowns agreeing to overthrow the government. As bad as they are, both sedition and seditious conspiracy are “lesser” crimes than TREASON aka an actual betrayal of the government, usually during wartime. In fact, the Constitution literally defines treason as “levying war against” the U.S. or giving aid & comfort to a declared enemy. Is a “Cold War” enough? Aaron

Burr was tried for treason in 1807 based on his alleged plot to overthrow the government but was acquitted for lack of an overt treasonous smoking gun.

Finally, there’s ESPIONAGE, that catch all stumbling block of traitors like the Rosenbergs who were convicted of espionage (not treason) for selling US nuclear secrets to the “ally” USSR during WW II. Evicting a president out of the White House via trumped up allegations of secret collusion with Russia may be unique in history as well as ironic but is arguably even more egregious than selling nuclear secrets to an ally. My best bet: Mr. Obama, Hillary, Clapper, Brennan, Comey, Pelosi, Schumer, Schiff, 17 National Security Experts, et al you are hereby charged with SEDITION.
