Mamdani’s Iranian Little Big Horn Moment

My take on Mamdani isn’t just because his naïve Socialist views have never worked in practice or that he mimics the endless talking points of a hypocritical non-Democrat Socialist Democrat Bernie Sanders. Today’s Mamdani bash has more to do with the company he keeps. The latest example is the State Department having to block the brainstorm of one of his NYC officials who had proposed a meeting with Iran’s UN Ambassador IN THE MIDST OF THE USA BEING AT WAR WITH THE ISLAMIC REPUBLIC, which BTW never missed a chance in the last 47 years of its existence to vow “Death to America.” Apparently, Ana Maria Archilla, head of Mamdani’s Office for International Affairs had scheduled a July 7 meeting at UN Plaza with Iran’s Amir-Saeid Iravani.

It’s almost axiomatic to say the mayor “wisely” declined the invite by his “team” of socialists now running NYC, saying it was a “scheduling error.” I’ll say it was. But at least we can be generous & surmise Mamdani was smart enough to listen to legal advice from one of his Big Apple mouthpieces wanting to cash in on, er, give him his sage $1.2K per hour advice … that he should think about being led out of city hall in cuffs should he ever meet to chat with Iran’s ambassador as missiles are shooting at US troops & US bombs are dropping on IRGC heads.
