The Trump Obama Yo Momma Defense

Letter to Ephesians: Well, now we’ve (almost) seen the Swamp’s entire monkey show as Team Obama tried to railroad No. 45 out of the WH with “manufactured” Russia-Trump collusion & now Team Trump is nearing the time they’ll nail Barry et al with an indictment he’ll insist is “manufactured.”

Note how Obama’s mouthpieces are no longer shouting Trump “colluded” with Russians, only that the Russians tried to influence the 2016 presidential election ... as if the Russians haven’t obviously been trying to influence US politics since the 1917 revolution. But, that little semantic switcheroo isn’t going to stop the Obama hacks’ worst nightmare (Trump) from giving them a taste of their own medicine. Every time the Democrats suggest Trump did “something” indictable way back when, the Republicans will suggest Obama did “something” indictable way back when. In legal parlance (at least in MY Chicago-based legal upbringing) it’s called the “Yo Momma Defense,” in which you accuse your accuser of wrongfully accusing you of something you allegedly wrongfully did.

How this is all going to wash out in the end, no honest person really knows. But, the Trump supporters calling for US AG Bondi to run to the nearest courthouse to charge and/or indict No. 44 on sedition and/or conspiracy grounds (if not treason) are missing Prosecution 101’s no. 1 rule: Get yo target to testify before Congress or in a deposition under oath so he or she can be also charged with the much easier to prove crime of “perjury”. Bondi, then, will try to line up the ducks accordingly. Yes, Trump supporters will complain how “Democrat prosecutors indict first, think later,” but that’s only because the Democrat prosecutors seldom ever think things through or else they wouldn’t have started this titting for tattting. Meantime to one and all, I say, “Yo momma.”
