Time to Get Down & Dirty with ICC Globalists?

Letter to Romans: SoS Rubio promised to “dismantle” the globalists’ International Criminal Court before it dismantles the USA & its Constitution. How, will he do it? By giving them MORE than a taste of their own medicine?

In its recent WSJ op ed “Rubio Takes On the ICC,” the editorial board opined the SoS “needs to move fast to bring down the rogue, anti-American court.” That’s because “the lawless ICC and its allies” have been pulling every trick in the book with lightning speed these past two decades to force on the USA its brand of “international law.” The ICC edifice is nearly completed as shown by its recent attempts to prosecute US soldiers for “war crimes” and even “threatening US Senators who have challenged it.” Rubio’s counterattack is to do as these Romans have done: “Using all the tools at our government’s disposal, working beside every ally with whom we can make common casus, we will dismantle the ICC brick by brick …” The editors say, “that’s as strong as it gets.”

Yet, the WSJ also put its finger on the two faces of the enemy, i.e., that part that’s home grown and the foreign variety. As the editors noted, Rubio’s fighting spirit is in “contrast to NY Mayor Mamdani’s pledge to put the court’s politicize arrest warrants above US law.” The editors also warn how many Democrat politicians like Gov. Newsome & American socialists like Bernie Sanders would love to see the ICC indict Trump, Rubio & the entire GOP Congress for “war crimes” or “crimes against humanity.” Winning the mid-terms would help diffuse those Bombers of Bombast. More directly to the point, there’s the so-called US allies in the UN & EU who have proven to be dedicated if not addicted to the globalist movement, no matter how bad the outcomes have been for their nations since WWII. Even ally Japan is one of the ICC’s largest funders. The SoS is prepping to “urge” aka pressure those allies to quit the ICC & impose escalating sanctions on the ICC. The WSJ wants Administration to also sanction US allies who support the ICC. Doesn’t that sound a bit more like the kitchen sink the globalists are washing their dirty dishes in?
