As related in the WSJ’s “Revolt in Disney’s Florida Kingdom,” it all started when Disney’s CEO got intimidated by progressive activists inside and outside the company who told him the new Florida law limiting sex education to K-3 kids as “appropriate” for their age was somehow a “don’t say gay” hit job. The Disney leader went all in lobbying against the bill’s easy, no brainer passage, which Gov. DeSantis is expected to sign.

The editors suggested Mickey might now think twice about running for president to succeed if not replace woke Joe: “The Walt Disney Co needs Florida more than Florida needs Walt Disney” … “as the state’s lawmakers put down a few glue traps,” including loss of tax-favored status. The Disney lesson for all woke CEOs in corporate America: “Stay out of these divisive cultural fights…” The execs in the boardroom may “run the office, but they don’t run the country.”
