Will Biden’s Border Infamy Follow His Afghan Infamy?

As shameful as blaming Trump for his botched Afghan skedaddle is Biden’s scapegoating the border patrol horsemen in Texas who, without credible evidence, vowed to “make them pay” for “whipping” & “running down” innocents.

Reasonable folks instantly suspected the accusations of those advocating an open border for aliens to pour into the country were bogus … one Reuters picture of a border patrol agent reining his horse as he tried to block an illegal crossing at the Del Rio was the give-away. Then, the photographer who took the pic said he did not see anyone being whipped and the state’s land commissioner reminded that the horsemen simple don’t carry “whips” as alleged. Most telling: Not to be found or heard from are the supposedly trampled & bloodied migrants on CNN. Yes, there may be a tape of a horseman “yelling” at a crosser, you know, like Joe yelling at Fox’s Peter Doucy for asking a question he didn’t like.

As the WSJ noted: “At last the Biden Administration is furious about tumult on the southern border” it’s own policies have caused. “Not about the surge in migrants, mind you. The WH is using a single episode to scapegoat law enforcement & deflect criticism from its immigration failure. The PR stategy was used in Afghanistan and the Biden effort will forever go down in infamy … so, apparently, will the Biden effort on the border. Meanwhile, on Sunday, DHS Secy Mayorkas finally admitted “12K out of 17K” migrants have been released into the US and the actual number “could be higher. As in 100K? Shades of Afghanistan?
