Baldwin Needs An Attorney Not A Beetlejuice Hanky

While Alec Baldwin weeps about his “accidental” shooting of a colleague on the set of “Rust” & cooperates “fully” with the police, the Beetlejuice star needs to know he ain’t an untouchable ghost & criminal manslaughter and/or negligence charges could still be leveled at him. If he remembers only one thing, he needs to remember HE held the gun, no one else on that set.
At least, so say some legal experts. Fox News, e.g., talked with Chicago attorney Andrew Stoltmann, who opined the 63-yr-old actor “absolutely” could be criminally charged. “He needs to start thinking like a potential defendant instead of somebody who made a tragic mistake … There ARE crimes that cover this situation depending on his level of culpability.”
Translated: Baldwin, infamous for foolish behavior, utterances & all-around arrogance is apparently numb & dumb enough to keep yapping about how stupid the shooting accident was, meaning, it might also be somebody else's fault. YET, it’s possible “no reasonable person” would have done what HE did aka act in a criminally negligent manner if not with an involuntary manslaughter “reckless disregard for the safety of others”. We know. Scary as hell, if not Beetlejuice, but it’s REAL.
