The genie is out of the bottle as mobs got away with obscene rioting for months, now get away with “flash lootings” of stores like Nordstrom & Louis Vuitton in San Francisco & Chicago. Needn’t ask the genie tho to understand how our politicians enable the gangs’ dream come true.
“I think what happens now is there’s no accountability for it anymore and the liability for the stores if they try to apprehend these guys. They just stand by & watch,” Steve Reed, a retired cop & one-time head of security at a large SF mall, told an ABC affiliate. Other experts interviewed by ABC & Fox point to “California’s laws that are intended to reduce costs of incarceration as to why there is an increase in such crimes.” Easy or no bail as well as local prosecutors refusing to even bring charges have been cited in the past as well.
IT IS AS IF A LOOSE COALITION THE GANGS & THEIR APOLOGISTS HAVE REWRITTEN THE THEFT LAWS OF OUR BIGGEST CITIES. Question: If so, how did they pull it off? You’d have to somehow intimidate if not “own” the politicians setting those policies and telling the “defunded” police to sit on the sidelines, no?
