Hunter’s Laptop Dances Tax Free As IRS Taps IRA Gold

Is it a COVID symptom that I’m smelling rotten meat when reading Fox’s “Chinese titan lavished Hunter Biden with [tax-free] 3-carat gem, offer of $30M [and] more money than God” while WSJ tells us of a couple hit with a $300K IRS tax bill for storing their IRA gold in a home safe?

First, Son of Joe. The Fox article is based on a new book by the NY Post’s Miranda Divine titled, “Laptop from Hell: Hunter Biden, Big Tech, and the Dirty Secrets the President Tried to Hide.” The article & book are long-winded in trying to piece together alleged influence peddling between the Biden’s, Chinese & assorted business opportunists here & abroad. Even the Senate’s report looking into what is now confirmed as Hunter’s laptop seems to have trouble believing some of the emails revealing diverse million dollar deal proposals between the Bidens & cohorts. Clearly, Joe & Jill liked to “entertain” the overseas guests when visiting DC. Not that most in the MSM aren’t holding their noses yet trying to cover up the stench with blind eyes if not Lysol. But, even they’d privately agree: Something smells rotten in Foggy Bottom.

Enter the tale of a Rhode Island couple that bought & stored IRA gold at home as the TV ads said they should to protect their hard earned money against inflation, if not a coming economic Armageddon. Thousands of folks do so, too, but then an observant IRS agent noticed that the arcane rules on IRA gold investments arguably don’t permit gold coins to be held in hand by the investor instead of a neutral third party … & a federal Tax Court agreed the couple’s entire IRA plan was bogus, assessing delinquencies & fines in excess of $300K. The ruling is on appeal but you can see the “Son of a Bucket, why ME!?” yelp from those many other IRA gold miners now wondering if they’ll get caught in the legal quagmire too. They might also wonder where’s the IRS with Hunter’s latest & greatest investments still dancing on his laptop...
